This neck exercise helps to tighten the neck and reduce sagging skin: Sit or stand up, Keep your head up, shoulders back, chest out, and eyes looking straight ahead. Now, place the index finger and thumb on the neck and gently pull the skin down as you lift your chin. Repeat this neck tightening exercise 10 times.

Constant nodding of the head for approximately 5 minutes helps tighten the skin around the neck. Follow this exercise with head turns, five to the left, (firm but not harsh) followed by five to the right. Do this for approximately 3 minutes.
